Reel Studio
An AI-assisted video-editing kit that turns selected moments from hours of phone footage into vertical music reels, with an agent as the editor and a person as the director.
Retreats, workshops, and travel leave behind hours of phone footage and very little time to edit it. Reel Studio treats the edit as data: a CSV edit decision list says which clip plays, from where, over which part of the song, at what speed, and with what effect, and ffmpeg renders it. An AI agent reads the footage through contact sheets, detected moments, and frame strips, proposes options against the song’s beats and sections, and records each decision and the reason for it next to the reel.
